Titan DM75
The TITAN DM75 is the high-performance blade, specific for cutting difficult-to-machine materials such as mold steels, stainless steel aisi, duplex super, duplex inconel and all materials with a hardness of 1500 N / mm2.
Compared to traditional M42 band saw blades, the Titan DM75 increases tool life and cutting speed thanks to the unique geometry of the teeth with progressive set: two slightly set at 50% and two others at 100%. This allows a gradual penetration of the cut and avoids the risk of chipping of the tooth. In addition, the bevel on the back of the tooth allows optimal crushing of the chip.

The life expectancy of the band saw blade can be significantly increased by a controlled break-in procedure. Here’s how: Set the mowing speed to 80% and the descent speed to 50% for at least the first 20 minutes.
