DEMON RTX — Ultra-resistant sintered teeth, extreme durability

A new generation bimetal blade for high-load structural applications, an evolution of the DEMON RT: sturdier teeth, increased set, and a 9° positive rake angle for greater penetration and control even on beams and bundled pipes. The sintered HSS tooth reaches 72 HRC for superior durability and resistance.

Technical specifications

• Sintered HSS tooth (8% Cobalt, 10% Molybdenum), hardness up to 72 HRC
• 9° positive rake angle: penetration on complex sections
• Increased set: prevents blade binding on beams and pipe bundles

Advantages

• Ultra-resistant tooth against wear and breakage
• Longer tool life for continuous operations
• Bundle cutting without binding or deviation
• High stability on hollow profiles or thick sections

Recommended applications

• Structural steel beams and profiles
• Single pipes or bundles
• Construction steels and heavy metal fabrication
• Industrial use on automatic and manual sawing machines
